Kitchen: Enormous gourmet kitchen with large oval work area with gas cooktop, stainless steel GE Profile appliances; extensive built-in open shelving for dishes and storage in kitchen. Kitchen has been used for classes and cooking demonstrations.

Guest Cottage: Dunbar Cottage built in the traditional “skirt and blouse” style with Nevis volcanic stone on the lower level and wood construction upstairs. House consists of two one-bedroom apartments (up and down) built of wood in a true West Indian architectural style, with a stone foundation. Full kitchens downstairs, and apartment-size kitchen upstairs.
Pool: 47-foot lap pool integrated into old stone ruins, one lane is 4.5 feet deep; one lane is 6 feet deep; pool is treated with salt system; solar heating system for pool with liquid blanket system to keep pool warm; lights.
Laundry: Washer/dryer and freezer in large, separate laundry area off two-car garage and storage; half bath.
Utilities: Cisterns with separate pumping system for mill, which serves upper garden, and cottage, which serves lower garden. Adequate roof and cistern capacity for full-time occupation; solar hot water with electric back up. Electric water heater in cottage; some solar lights.
Gardens: Lower gardens and pool area design conceived by Julie Toll Landscape and Garden Design from the UK. Orchard design and water designed by Jeff Wroth of Dreamscapes Caribbean Ltd., including mangoes, avocados, citrus, coffee, pomegranate and akee. Upper gardens hard landscape and garden lighting and mill illumination, also by Jeff Wroth.
