St. Kitts Realty was started in 1994 by Ricky Pereira, and is a fully licensed Real Estate company in the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Ricky grew up on St. Kitts, and his family has been there for over 5 generation. He started his career as a commercial pilot, but his love for architecture and design led him into Real Estate and Development.
